Nikkie Jay's Bungee Fit
I am from Wolverhampton, but at the age of 16 with the world at my feet I decided to travel abroad. What was supposed to be six months with a friend turned into 15 years of adventure! I returned to Wolverhampton occasionally during this time, but spent a full decade travelling the world! I did many jobs in my teenage years, but never felt completely happy in a job until I moved abroad.
Qualified in personal training
I began training in fitness, and many women would ask me to train them too, and before I knew it I had become a personal trainer! I decided to train myself properly and returned to the UK and qualified as a PT instructor, and started up my own studio.
A certified aerial bungee instructor
Always wanting more, I browsed online looking for a form of exercise that wasn’t yet discovered in the UK. I found bungee fit! I travelled to the nearest bungee fit studio to me in Nottingham, and took private lessons to qualify as an aerial bungee instructor, passing my exams first time. There are only a handful of bungee fit studios in the UK: Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Brighton, and London. Nikkie Jay Bungee Fit will be the first bungee fit studio in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands as a whole, which is super exciting!

- Class length is 1 hr 15 min long and HITT 1 hr long. Be sure to show up on time or you will be unable to join. What to expect
Mon-Fri:
- 11.45am - 1pm
- 1pm - 2.15pm
- 3pm - 4pm HITT
- 4.15pm - 5.30pm
- 4.45pm - 6pm
- 5.30pm - 6.30pm HITT
- 5.30pm – 6.45pm
- 6pm - 7.15pm
- 6.45pm – 8pm
- 8pm – 9.15pm
Saturdays:
- 8.30am – 9.30am HITT
- 9.30am – 10.45am
- 11am – 12.15am
- 12.30am - 1.15pm
Not every day is the same, with a mix of Beginners Bungee, Improver Bungee, and BRAND NEW HITT classes!
